Untied Laces

Serve You some Me

Peel me off my ego,
Clean enough that I have no single spot of it left,
Rince me with some ignorance,
A quick one just enough to ignore the naysayers,
Pound me into an emotional being,
Fine enough to be keen on all your emotions,
Boil me under some patience degrees,
Boil till I realize that its not gonna be a sweet day always,
Fry me with some apology,
For long enough till I apologize for not having learnt enough of it,

Garnish me with some jealous,
Just a sprinkle of it to protect you during the times when I need to,
Don’t serve me yet, simmer me on some good loving,
On low degrees that the world doesn’t here the noise of it,
And when am ready,
Serve me into one plate and consume me to the finish,
Because when the meal is hot and delicous,
Then it is justified to be mean.
